ABOUT ME~

Since I was little I've been speaking with angels, they communicate with me as if they were another person in the same room. Messages from spirit come through for me as visions, feelings, hearing, and a knowing of things. I also receive visions of future events before they happen and have prophetic dreams that come to pass. 

Growing up my childhood was filled with chaos, abuse, and addiction.

In time, I learned how to appreciate my upbringing because the trauma in my early life gave me the opportunity to experience profound healing first hand. 

Through my process, I have learned how to love myself, heal co-dependance, create healthy relationships, manifest, thrive instead of just survive, heal childhood trauma, forgive and so much more.

The lessons and tools I gained along the way have allowed me to created a solid foundation for my own life and support others along their healing journey too. It is a joy and my passion to work with others in this capacity and I look forward to every session with every client.

At home, my days are spent loving up my supportive husband, who is my soul partner and our two amazing children- a couple of the greatest teachers in my life.   

Together we thrive mindfully choosing what we take in through all of our senses. We are silly laughter-lovers, spending our days splashing in the river, rock climbing, and playing night-time hide-and-seek outside. 

Every day is a blessing and every moment is precious...even the crunchy gritty ones.
